C20 999 Challenge Inauguration

C20 999 Challenge Inauguration

Sunday, June 4, 2023 Noon - 1:00pm

In-person at Amma Center of NM and on Zoom

The C20 Integrated Holistic Health Working Group’s 999 challenge aims to highlight how yoga and meditation can have a major impact on mental health and physical well being. Participants of the challenge have reported experiencing positive changes in their outlook, energy levels and overall sense of well-being. This, in turn, contributes to an atmosphere of peace.

The challenge is to practice 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and 9 minutes of meditation for world peace daily for 9 days. At the end of the challenge, reflect on the impact it has made on your life.

The goal is to reach as many people around the world by International Yoga Day, June 21, 2023.

The AMMA Center will be offering an introduction to C20 and the 999 Challenge and a start-up demonstration of Surya Namaskar.

You can register at https://ihhc20.org/999 to receive the instructions to then continue the 9 day challenge on your own.
