ASHIS is a school dedicated to scientifically teaching hearing-impaired children to speak. More than 120 children attend the school. Education for Everyone
Technical School for 500 Disadvantaged Youth
Founded in 1989, our Industrial Training Centre provides training for 500 teenagers. 11 trades are taught, with a graduation rate above 80%. Education for Everyone
Award-Winning Adult Education
We run literacy and vocational training programs for adults, serving the poorest tribal communities in Idukki, Kerala and Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.

What We've Accomplished​

  • Award winning literacy and vocational training for adults from India's poorest tribal communities, offering over 100 courses ranging from candle making to computer science

  • A secondary school with 3,500 students, the largest school in the Indian State of Kerala
  • Amrita School for Sustainable Development Inaugurated and announces 100 E4Life Scholarships.
