Association La Luz de Amma, The Light of Amma, helps with two orphanages on a weeky basis; food donations for 75 families each day; satsang in San José and Puerto Viejo; and another program to help feed the hungry. Meditation programs are held in a private school. Swami Dayamrita visits once a year in order to give lectures at universities, yoga places and the teachings of the IAM meditation. The board consists of volunteers who offer their time and help for those projects. Website ￨Email
