Welcome to the Cincinnati Satsang

Regular spiritual gatherings, also called satsang, are held once a month every first Saturday at 6 pm. It is hosted by people in their homes thus the location varies (location by email announcement). Satsang is informal and all are welcome, including newcomers, children etc.

The satsang includes a prayer, a short meditation, share a short reading from Amma’s (Mata Amritanandamayi) teachings and devotional singing.

Mother’s Kitchen

Mother's Kitchen generally meets once a month in Cincinnati to deliver food at a local homeless shelter. Volunteers either prepare food and deliver or prepare food at the shelter itself. IAM Meditation
