Saturday w Swamiji and Ganesh Visarjan

Join us each Saturday for a day of selfless service(seva) and our evening spiritual program. Come for the full day or just a part of it!

Ganesh Visarjana or Murthi Immersion is the culmination of Ganesh Chaturthi. The symbolism of the Ganesh immersion ceremony is that all forms are temporary, having both their origin and final destination in the formless Absolute.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Guided IAM Meditation Technique(Main House Puja Room)      
4:30 pm: Group chanting 1000 Names of the Divine Mother & 108 Names of Amma            
5:30 pm: Break for chai & snack (for a small fee, proceeds benefit Amma’s charities)                   
6:00 pm - 7:45pm:  Satsang(Spiritual talk), followed by Bhajans & Arati
7:45 pm: Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)

- Guided IAM-35 Meditation: Only for those who have already taken the complete 8-hour IAM-35 course.
- Bake Sale benefitting Amma’s charities opens at 7 pm.
