Holiday Sadhana Sunday
Sunday morning group sadhana (spiritual practice) for World Peace in Amrita Hall sitting near Amma's chair. A special time to focus inwardly together as we begin the busy holiday season.
Schedule:
- 9:00 Archana: Chanting Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam Namavali, 1,000 Names of the Divine Mother, in unison.
- 10:15 Silent Meditation: Individual silent meditation practice.
- 11:30 Arati and prayers for peace: ceremonial waving of the lights, followed by chanting the Lokaha peace prayer 108 times, followed by ten minutes of silence until noon.
