Aug 31, 2024 9:00am to Sep 1, 2024 1:00pm

August 31- Sep 1, 2024
9:00am to  1:00pm

Location: Amrita Hall

Immerse yourself in the study of IAM®, the Integrated Amrita Meditation technique, in the spiritually charged atmosphere of MA Center San Ramon. The IAM-35 is the original version of Amma’s powerful meditation, now taught and practiced throughout the world. Come see why so many people worldwide are finding peace of mind through this meditation technique. IAM-35 meditation is offered for those who are deeply interested in spiritual practice. The course includes Amma’s spiritual teachings on meditation and practical guidance for a worry-free life. This 35-minute meditation practice integrates several modalities - focusing on movement, breath, sound, and visualization.

If you have wanted to learn this meditation technique, or you have previously attended the IAM-20 Course and are interested in expanding to the IAM-35 practice, this course is for you!

Free registration opens on Monday, July 1st, at: https://IAM35retreataugust31.eventbrite.com

To complete the training you will need to attend both days:

  • Day I: Saturday, August 31: 9 am - 3 pm
  • Day II: Sunday, September 1: 9 am - 1 pm

The course is free to attend; a vegetarian lunch will be available on Saturday for $15 cash per person. Lunch RSVP is included with registration.

Sunday, September 1: IAM-35 Refresher, 9:00am - 1:00pm: Those who have previously completed the full IAM-35 course are welcome to join the class for a refresher to review the practice. To register for the refresher, please send an email including your name and where and when you attended the IAM-35 Course to: iam@amma.org

Please contact the MA Center San Ramon IAM Team if you have any questions: iam@amma.org

Masks Indoors are optional and a personal preference. We request you to remember that the health and safety of all who wish to attend the program should remain uppermost in our minds and hearts. If you feel at all sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who tests positive for Covid-19, please do not attend.
