Free Yoga Camp 

On December 11th, 2014, the 193-member United Nations General Assembly established 21st of June as the International Day of Yoga with a record 177 co-sponsoring countries. The goal of this day is to promote wider dissemination of information about the benefits of practicing yoga for the health of the world population. Amma's ashram in India and the centers around the world will be honoring that day with special events dedicated to yoga. 

Here at MA Center, we are hosting a FREE day-camp on Saturday, June 25th so that more people can participate. All ages are welcome to join us for the day, to experience the joy of yoga and practice the Amrita Yoga technique! Special activities and modified versions of yoga for children (10 years and above) and for seniors. Supervised fun activities for children between ages 5-9 will be provided.
