SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Lunch
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Guided IAM Meditation Technique(Main House Puja Room)
4:45 pm:    Archana (Chanting of the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother, Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam)                         
5:45 pm:    108 Names of Amma
6:00 pm:    Satsang (spiritual talk) by a devotee and video of Amma
7:00 pm:    Bhajans (devotional singing)
8:30pm:     Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)

IAM® Youth Refresher/Class : 4:30-5:45pm, Main House Puja Room

Ages (10-14) and Teens (15-18). A simple meditation technique that helps the young achieve a state of inner calm and improves concentration.This class is also a refresher for those who have taken it before. Families are welcome. Pre-registration is suggested. Contact 925-200-5130 for details.
