Onam is the day in Kerala when you go home and receive your food from your Mother's hand. In Amritapuri on Onam August 31, 2001 thousands of people gathered at Amritapuri early in the morning - Amma's  children had gathered to receive Her darshan and later a meal served by Her.

No one had anticipated that at the end of Her satsang instead of beginning darshan, Amma looked at her multitude of children and asked them to let go of shyness and dance with Her.

This is a video of that dance.
