Embracing the World adopts the local school in Toluca, Mexico

On Friday, March 14, 2024, during his visit to Toluca for a free public program, Swami
Dayamritananda Puri visited a rural school that is part of the CONAFE system in
Mexico.

CONAFE is a decentralized organization of the Ministry of Public Education
(SEP), whose task is to provide basic education services, from early childhood to
children and adolescents who live in very highly marginalized localities in the country,
where there is no access to utilities and services such as electricity, running water, or
sewage systems.

There, Swamiji addressed Lic. Berenice Olmos Sánchez who is the Territorial
Operational Coordinator of Educational Services of the National Council for Educational
Development CONAFE in the State of Mexico about not only the comfort and needs of
the children, but the parents, women of the village, and the people at large.

Swamiji announced that Embracing The World and the local Toluca-CDMX Amma
Satsang community would adopt the school's children to help provide for basic
necessities of living as well as proper educational supplies.
