Satsang in Vancouver, Canada

Canada has many satsangs that are actively involved in Community Service throughout the year.

There are satsangs in Vancouver, Victoria, Cortes Island, Nelson, Toronto, Quebec, Ottawa-Gatineau and Calgary.

Vancouver satsang is involved in the following activities all year round:

Quest Food Exchange - Once a month 8-10 volunteers spend 3 hours sorting and re-packaging donated food for re-distribution to the poor and needy.
Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup - This is an annual event and this year two of the satsang members spent three hours each picking up litter.
Garage Sale - Once a year Vancouver Satsang members organize a huge garage sale through which they raise money for Embracing the World Charities. This year they raised about one thousand dollars.
