Amrita Silent Retreat Immersion
7 Day Silent Retreat in Hawaii with Amma’s Senior North American Disciples
Thursday, January 30 - Wednesday, February 5, 2025
Embarking on this retreat will bring you back to your center to experience the deep inner peace and joy that is your true nature. Tuning out the noise of the material world and going inward to reconnect with our inner selves brings clarity, strength of mind, deep peace, and contentment. Amma has urged her disciples in the US to conduct extended silent meditation retreats for this purpose. Let this week create a new foundation for a lifetime of practice, or reinforce and reignite your existing spiritual practices.
The retreat will be held on a beautiful pastoral property on the north shore of Oahu Island surrounded by nature - bordered by mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Swami Dayamritananda Puri and Swamini Ambikamrita Prana will lead daily sessions of morning Archana, Amrita Yoga, sitting and walking meditation, satsang (spiritual discourse), bhajans (devotional singing), and question and answer. Beach walks and seva (selfless service) will also be included.
