Indian Cooking Class with Vaju Moorthy (In-Person)
In this special event, Vaju Moorthy, Culinary Instructor & Cookbook Author, will teach participants, step-by-step, how to prepare a delicious Indian meal with love. Participants will then partake in this lunch, together with Vaju.
Vaju’s childhood experiences awakened a deep love of Indian cuisine within her, which she loves to share with others. Under Amma’s guidance, she enjoys the blessing of serving as a cook on Amma’s world tours, and offering cooking classes and retreats in Amritapuri and worldwide. Vaju's Amrita Prasadam cooking classes are also offered online through Amrita Virtual Academy, with over 70 recipes available from across India, and matching instructional videos to help students learn at their own pace.
