More than 250 Easter cookies delivered to St Felix Centre
On Good Friday, March 29, eleven volunteers helped bake over 260 oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies in the Amma Canada kitchen. Volunteers shaped and baked cookies using dough that had been mixed by three volunteers on March 9, and kept frozen until the big baking day. Once they had cooled, cookies were packed with love into trays and delivered to St Felix Centre's 24h homeless respite program on Fraser Avenue. May they be enjoyed by St Felix’s clients, as a special Easter treat!
