SWAMI AMRITASWARUPANANDA PURI VISIT TO MA CENTER LA

On Sunday, Nov 3rd, Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri graced MA Center LA with a visit.

The wonderful program began with Swamiji’s sweet smile as SoCal devotees handed him roses on his walk to the stage. He lit an oil lamp to begin the program and started an inspirational Satsang, drawing wisdom from his many decades by Amma’s side. The bhajans made us feel as if we were transported to India at Amritapuri Ashram, especially when he sang “Siva Siva Hara Hara” and “Amma Amma Taye.” At the conclusion of the program we were served a Prasad Vegetarian Indian meal that was lovingly prepared by Amma’s Los Angeles Mothers Kitchen and SoCal volunteers.

While we weren’t able to have Amma for an autumn tour this year, with Swamiji’s devotion, the hard work of many devotees and some wonderful vegetarian food, we felt the excitement and joy of Amma's presence all the same. MA Center LA wholeheartedly thanks Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri, Swami Dayamritananda Puri and Br. Ramanandamrita Chaitanya for their love and blessings during their visit to the MA Center LA in Redondo Beach.
