IAM-20 Class

Feb 13, 2025, San Diego, CA - IAM-20 Class was held via Zoom, as part monthly Meditation class (through UCSD Mores Cancer Center's Family Support Services) for staff, patients and care givers.  There were 9 participants from different parts of USA and Europe. People from San Diego, Encinitas, Santa Cruz (cities in California), Washington, Pennsylvania and Munich Germany joined the session.

The IAM Course was taught by SoCal instructors - Bhadra, Devika and Ravi.

At the end of the class people expressed their experience - "I feel much relaxed, Thanks you", "I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep..."
