PNW Celebrates Amma's Birthday with Swami Dayamritanda Puri, Sunday, September 24th, 2023

Satsang members from around the Pacific Northwest gathered on Sunday, September 24th, 2023 at the North Bellevue Community Center in Bellevue, WA to celebrate Amma's 70th Birthday with Swami Dayamritananda Puri. Swamiji performed a beautiful Pada Puja, led meditation, gave a spiritual talk, and sang uplifting bhajans (devotional songs). Arati was performed by satsang members from around the region. After the program a sumptuous homemade vegetarian meal was served. Swamiji greeted each attendee with a plate for the meal and a serving of the divinely beautiful prasad (blessed food) made by a satsang member. The meal consisted of vegetarian curry, potatoes, chole, sambar, salad, pappadams, and payasam. The afternoon concluded with the cutting of a beautiful Birthday cake made for Amma. So much peace and love was felt by all.
