PNW Embracing the Trees

PNW Embracing the Trees (ETT) held their first tree-planting activity on May 14, 2022, planting 9 trees on a Seattle Satsang member's property near Woodinville, WA.  Ten wonderful volunteers joined in on the fun planting 7 fruit trees, 1 Cedar, and 1 Douglas Fir.
The PNW ETT team mission is to increase tree-planting activities in the region through support of existing and new satsang projects (consultation, education, organization) and partnerships with related organizations.

• Send us the number of trees, location and species!  Every tree planted is recorded in the GreenFriends North America (GNFA) ETT database to count toward Amma's pledge to the UN's Trillion Tree Campaign.
• Would you like trees planted on your property? PNW ETT Volunteers are available to help!

The Embracing the Trees (ETT) initiative was launched by GreenFriends North America (GFNA) to provide opportunities for practicing interdependence and cooperation in doing our part to re-green Mother Earth, and to honor Amma's pledge to join the Trillion Tree Campaign which was launched by the UN in March of 2018: embracingtheworldtrilliontreecampaign.
