Composting Kitchen Food Scrap - Workshop
Composting is nature's way of recycling. It is a way to turn your kitchen food scrap items like vegetables, fruit, coffee grounds, teabags, grains, and general refrigerator spoilage into sweet smelling rich compost to be used in our gardens and be kept out of landfills.
This interactive workshop includes hands-on demonstrations and in depth look at:
- How to compost properly,
- What to compost,
- Composting methods including Vermi (worm) composting, and
- Different types of compost bins.
