AYUDH Toronto finish 2018 by giving
The Toronto chapter of AYUDH closed 2018 by helping youth in need at Youth Without Shelter (YWS). Throughout the month of December, AYUDH Toronto collected donations of much needed essentials for the homeless youth, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, lip balm, journals, and gift cards. On New Year’s Eve, AYUDH members dropped off two boxes filled with these items to grateful YWS staff.
Since the AYUDH Americas summit in Chicago in August of 2018, AYUDH Toronto has done seven service projects in five months, exceeding their goal of doing one seva per month! Stay tuned for their January project: reducing their plastic waste for one week...
