AYUDH Toronto awarded Chapter of the Year

This year's AYUDH Americas summit - The Ripple Effect 2019 - was a fun-filled, inspiring, and informative experience. From July 31 until August 4, the attendees participated in youth parliament sessions aimed at choosing the projects that each AYUDH Americas chapter would undertake over the course of the next year. In the end, three initiatives were chosen: AYUDH Reuse and Rest (a combination of clean-ups and up-cycling events), AYUDH Revitalize (an awareness initiative to raise consciousness on the positive effects of composting), and a pilot project - AYUDH Purify (raising awareness on the effects of medicinal drugs in our drinking water). During the awards ceremony at the close of the summit, AYUDH Toronto was awarded Chapter of the Year! AYUDH Toronto would never have been able to achieve this honour without the endless enthusiasm of their members, and the constant support their mentors, and the larger Toronto satsang community. The whole Toronto satsang celebrates this wonderful achievement of AYUDH Toronto, and encourages them to keep up the great work!
