Oct 19: AYUDH Thanksgiving Gift Drive for YWS

This October, AYUDH Toronto organized a Thanksgiving gift drive helping youth in need at Youth Without Shelter (YWS). Thanks to the generosity of Toronto satsang members, AYUDH collected 28 hoodies, six long sleeve shirts, two pairs of slippers, eight jars of pasta sauce, seven boxes of pasta, two jars of jam, eight cans of non-perishable food, and a $10 cash donation. These donations were gratefully accepted by YWS staff (see below). AYUDH Toronto is glad that their supportive relationship with YWS continues to grow. Amma says that getting an opportunity to serve is like winning the lottery; one must never miss this opportunity. May AYUDH Toronto continue to seek and find opportunities to serve!
