Tila Homa & Navagraha Homa

Br. Shantamrita will perform two significant homas at MA Center Chicago on Saturday, October 4, 2014. The homas will start at 10:00 am
Practice of, and participation in, Homam (fire ritual) is believed to bring peace, prosperity, and well-being.

  1. TILA Homa: This homa is performed in the name of one's dear departed. It is believed that this powerful homa (ritualistic offering in the fire) will ensure eternal rest for the departed souls and promote peace of mind and stability to the living.
  2. NAVAGRAHA Homa: This homa is performed to mitigate the negativity and accentuate the positivity of the nine (nava) planets (graha) that influence our lives.

(Homa can also be sponsored for any individual planet or multiple planets from the nine planets: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu, and Ketu.)

Cost: Tila Homa - $190; Navagraha Homa - $250; Individual Planetary Homa - $35.

Please note that these costs are for individual sponsorship. However, members of the family can be present at the homa.
