AYUDH Toronto

AYUDH stands for Amrita Yuva Dharma Dhara, a Sanskrit term which means “the youth that perpetuate the wheel of dharma (righteousness)”. In Sanskrit, AYUDH also means Peace.

AYUDH is a movement of young people (ages 15-30) who want to lead a life based on spiritual values. Starting with ourselves, we want to help generate a future of hope, peace, and social engagement while maintaining an awareness of universal spiritual principles. AYUDH is active in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. AYUDH Toronto is one such branch of this global tree.

Our four pillars are as follows:

  1. Social Service
  2. Green Initiatives
  3. Personal Empowerment
  4. Intercultural Exchange

AYUDH Toronto actively participates in activities such as tree planting drives, park clean ups, clothing drives, and much more.
