Youth IAM Course for ages 10-14 with Sreemayi on Zoom

IAM Instructor Sreemayi shares her experiences about the benefits: "Youth experience changes during and after the IAM Course: from anxiety to calmness, from agitation to inner stillness, from feeling sad to being content. Most participants, even those with ADHD and anxiety, notice a deep sense of calmness and are motivated to practice the IAM daily, some along with their parents. So many children, even those only 10-years old, experience how much Amma's IAM meditation makes a big difference in how they are feeling. For example, one quite mature 11-year-old girl had joined the course with the desire to 'find another perspective in my life'. After the course, she shared her surprise that she experienced so much peace inside her and she motioned with her hands, 'and all around me'. And she was still feeling it as she shared."

Youth IAM students receive Certificates of Completion after their 21-day practice. Refresher Classes and Private Youth Courses are available for groups, such as after school programs, study groups, and weekend courses. Teachers, parents, and organizers, please contact Sreemayi for more information.
Youth IAM gives young people happiness, focus, calm, self-esteem, and inner strength. There are two versions: Youth IAM for ages 10-14 & Youth IAM for ages 15-18, available upon request. This meditation may be practiced together by parents and children.

IAM Guided Meditation Sessions are for IAM graduates who have completed the full IAM Course. The steps of the technique are verbally guided, and there is an opportunity for extended silent meditation together. Guided meditation helps to deepen and support an individual's daily practice, and meditation in a group is beneficial for all who participate. Depending on the session, it is about 30 - 60 minutes. Please contact each instructor/team to register: include your full name, when and where you attended the IAM Course, and the day of the week/time of each session you wish to sign up for.
